To become a customer
To make a payment
We accept the following ways of payment:
- Visa and MasterCard
- Webmoney, Yandex.Money, E-Port and Beeline.Payment
- through your local dealer

Using Visa or MasterCard
- 1. Login to the Member's area then click "Pay Now!":
- 2. Click "Visa, EC/MC cards":
- 3. Enter payment amount in USD and hidden text then click 'Proceed'
If hidden text does not show please make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed
Minimum payment is no less than 20 USD. Actual charge is made in RUR using current The Central Bank of the Russian Federation conversion rate.
- 4. Click "Pay Now"
- 5. Enter you card details. Please make sure that there is our aquring bank Raiffeisenbank URL in the address bar:
Card number - Your card number
Expire Date - Expiration date
CVC2 - CVC2 code (aka CVV code or Card Verification Number)
Enter Turing Number - Turing Number (aka CAPTCHA)
- 6. You will see a cofirmation screen.
Your account will be credited in less than 24 hours after payment completed.
Using electronic payment system
- 1. Login to the Member's area then click "Pay Now!"::
- 2. Click "WebMoney (R-Wallet), Yandex.Money, E-Port, Kredit Pilot":
- 3. Enter payment amount in USD and hidden text then click 'Proceed':
If hidden text does not show please make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed
Minimum payment is no less than 1 USD. Actual charge is made in RUR using current Assist Internet Payment Gateway conversion rate.
- 4. Select your payment option and click "Continue".Please make sure there is Assist Internet Payment Gateway URL in the address bar
- 5. If you've selected WebMoney its page will load. Then click 'Pay' if you agree to the terms and conditions:
- 6. Then follow the insctrustions of chosen payment system:
- 7. You will get a confirmation if payment is successful.
Your account will be credited in less that guaranteed 72 hours. Usually it goes through in less than hour.
If anything goes wrong please contact our Tech Support Team via email support@satgate.net with following details: your login, payment date, payment option you have used, screenshot or text containing error messages.
Do you accept Visa Electron as a payment?
No. We only accept cards that have a CVV2 code (3 digits on the back of your card).
WebMoney payment is not accepted. What's up?
Your WMID should be authorized and have at least formal certificate. If not, we won't accept WebMoney as a payment.
Why dealer refuses to accept a payment for my account?
Dealers can only accept payment for accounts created under their dealer's account. Dealer usually creates a new account for you to accept your payment.
Can I delete my account and get my money refunded?
For the tariffs of Business, Leecher, Surfer and Traffic Packet groups the funds shall be refunded in full exclusively when the remaining amount on the account is more or equal to $20 and if the successfull connection could not be established and the service couldn't be received. In all other cases including but not limited to service cancellation before the service expiration date of the tariff plan purchased the remaining amount shall not be refunded. If a successfull connection could not be established, the service could not be received or the refund was requested after successfull connection has been established on the tariff plans of Prepaid group the remaining amount shall be refunded if the balance of the account is more or equal to $20. Refund Terms:
- 7% of the refund is deducted to cover operating costs
- Refund is made via the same payment system which has been used while charging the account
- Refund is made within 20 banking days from the date when the refund confirmation E-Mail was sent to the customer
Refund requests should be sent to refund@satgate.net together with payment details (payment date, amount and payer's name) and a scan of your passport or other ID.
